 CAPTAIN GEORGE D'ASCHE - Foppish but gifted cavalry commander. Aristocratic connections and Thalassian.(Head of Equestrian Trayning in TYGLP). Good eye for right application of horse in a battle. Less good on strategy.

BARON THELONIUS THWACKE - Chief Master of Teutanian Young Gentlemen's League of Politeness. Veteran soldier. Experienced. Hot.headed in a tight spot. Infanterist. Died-in-the-wool Thalassian.

Graf Rylance Fiumes - Teutanian Ambassador to Strandia. Resident in Kurusaare. Aristocratic with a merchant's head for commerce. 

STRAND-STATEN

Colonel Jens Didriksen - Colonel of the Kurusaare Regiment of Foot (The Fish). Experienced soldier(infanterist) and harsh defender of Strandian interests against Teutanian aspirations to a Cold Sea port. Especially steadfast in a tight spot. 

Lieutenant Grabson  Spotte - Master of Keys at Skovkappel Gaol. Un-gifted life-long soldier.
